BVM = Men’s Club Masters Champ

Congratulations to Bert VanMook who took home the coveted Men’s Club Masters jacket! Bert shot a net 68 to win the title by one stroke over Brad Smith and two shots better than last year’s champion Dan Aviss seen here helping the champion don his prize. It was quite a successful event and the consensus is a two round tourney next year to up the ante!

Legger and G-lo are Ironmen!

Congratulations to Mike Legg and Gary Long for winning the Aberdeen Glen Ironman tournament held June 27th and 28th. The duo went wire to wire with a score of -12 the first day and -7 the second day for their third Ironman victory. The excellent course conditions and warm weather contributed to a strong field of 144 golfers who came from all over the north to compete.
